Before transitioning to my journey as a Psychologist and Therapist, I spent 6.5 years in diverse corporate roles across three multinational companies. This experience gave me firsthand insight into people's professional challenges, such as managing workplace stress, navigating career transitions, balancing work and personal life, and overcoming self-doubt or burnout. This unique perspective enables me to connect with individuals across different career paths—whether they are climbing the corporate ladder or managing the complexities of running their businesses.
